Viscovery One(2)One Engine

Real-time integration of predictive models into multiple operational systems

The Viscovery One(2)One Engine offers lean and flexible interfaces for real-time integration of predictive models. It is available for multiple operating systems (AIX, Linux, Windows) and offers various application programming interfaces (APIs; C++, COM, SOAP, Java).

Segmentation and classification models created with Viscovery Profiler or Viscovery Decision Maker as well as prediction and scoring models created with Viscovery Predictor can thus be integrated efficiently into operational environments for real-time application.

Viscovery One(2)One Engine key benefits

  • Online integration of predictive models into operational systems or databases for real-time interaction.
  • Streamlined lean interface with APIs for various software technologies
  • Segmentation or prediction values and class or score group memberships are returned for individual records together with the appropriate measures
  • Represented data, profile, and prediction values are available for further use in real time at a performance of up to 100,000 decisions/sec
  • Management of a large number of models simultaneously
  • Availability for various operating systems

As a software module of the Viscovery Data Mining Suite, the Viscovery One(2)One also provides the suite's general functionalities and benefits.

Viscovery One(2)One Engine features and functions

The Viscovery One(2)One Engine quickly and flexibly integrates predictive models into operational systems for real-time interaction. An appropriate measure is assigned to each individual item at a rate of up to 100,000 decisions per second. These decisions are based on the model, which classifies or calculates the prediction value for each data record.

Thus, measures are regulated “intelligently” and can be applied efficiently and according to individual data record properties in real-time: data can be updated online during transactions. For example, data can be scored or classified using up-to-date data.

Based on the available application programming interface (API), models, customer segments, and measures that have been defined in Viscovery Profiler or Viscovery Predictor can be integrated directly into other software systems (e.g., e-commerce or call center solutions).

The Viscovery One(2)One Engine identifies the segment (or any other value modeled with Viscovery) that is applicable to the data record, and instantly delivers the appropriate measure to the host.
