All maintenance levels are offered on an annual basis according to Viscovery’s General Terms and Conditions of Maintenance.

 

  • Level 1 Maintenance: Update Subscription
    Includes receipt of all updates of contracted software including minor and major upgrades.
  • Level 2 Maintenance: Full Maintenance and Support
    In addition to Level 1 benefits, this package includes support in technical issues as well as in application-specific questions within agreed response times.
