Viscovery Maintenance safeguards software investments and ensures that the purchased software is always up-to-date. In addition to the receipt of all software upgrades without further cost, maintenance includes support in technical issues as well as in application-specific questions.
Viscovery Maintenance is offered for perpetual licenses at two levels:
- Level 1 Maintenance: Update Subscription
Includes receipt of all updates of contracted software including minor and major upgrades.
- Level 2 Maintenance: Full Maintenance and Support
In addition to Level 1 benefits, this package includes support in technical issues as well as in application-specific questions within agreed response times.
All maintenance levels are offered on an annual basis according to Viscovery’s General Terms and Conditions of Maintenance.
